Order confirmation emails are automatically sent for each order from noreply@axxs5.com.  Please add this email to your safe senders list.  If you have not received an order confirmation within 2 hours of submission – please check your spam filter or contact us tcb@digitalmps.com

 

SHIPPING

Each order is shipped via third party carrier (such as UPS/ FedEx).  Order shipment tracking will be automatically sent once processed.  From this shipment confirmation email (from noreply@axxs5.com) you can utilize the tracking link to monitor shipment progress and anticipated delivery dates.    

 

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service (tcb@digitalmps.com) immediately.  Once an order has been processed it will ship as ordered.

RETURNS
